For billing issues related to your blood work, please contact the lab directly.  The lab is a separate entity from Family Medical Center at Cinco Ranch. You can find their contact information on your billing statement.

For questions related to your bill from Family Medical Center at Cinco Ranch or any clinic issues, please contact us so we can personally resolve your concerns.  You may email the invoice in question to the office manager at  emcausey@gmail.com.  She can also address any non-urgent concerns or clinic related issues.  Please do not email requests for refills or appointments.
